Job Overview:
As a Social Media Manager at Smart Designs, you’ll be responsible for managing the voice of our clients across digital platforms. You’ll plan and execute content that sparks engagement, builds community, and delivers results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and manage content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Create monthly social media calendars in coordination with design and marketing teams.
- Monitor analytics to track performance and optimize strategies.
- Respond to comments, messages, and community feedback.
- Collaborate with influencers, creators, and ad teams to amplify reach.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communication or equivalent.
- 2–3 years of proven experience in social media marketing.
- Strong understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and tools.
- Ability to write engaging copy and manage brand voice.
